Kelvin Burzon

Kelvin Burzon is a Filipino-American artist whose work explores intersections of sexuality, race, gender, and religion. His most recent work investigates religion’s role in culture and familial relationships and highlights religion’s traditions, imagery theatricality, and psychological vestige. 

Burzon graduated from Indiana University’s School of Art & Design. His work has been exhibited abroad and nationally and is part of several permanent collections including the Kinsey Institute and the Center for Photography at Woodstock. Burzon has presented his work at several conventions including the Society of Photography at Woodstock Education’s regional and national conferences. 

 
 

Cierra Rembert

A visual artist, arts administrator and curator based in Cleveland, OH. Cierra Rembert currently serves as the Artist Initiatives Coordinator at SPACES. In her role, she manages three re-granting programs in partnership with The Andy Warhol Foundation, Cleveland Foundation and Cuyahoga Arts & Culture. Her practice as an artist and contributor to the arts is embodied through her mission of creating opportunities and equity within the arts. Cierra holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Cleveland State University. Her practice as a visual artist is reflective of black beauty and societal issues through sculpture and painting. She has juried for numerous grants and artist opportunities such as Deep Roots Experience: She Art Vol.3 Transcendence (Cleveland, OH); The Luminary Futures Fund (St. Louis, MO); and The Collective Futures Fund (Boston, MA).

 
 

Andrea Jandernoa

Andrea Jandernoa is an award-winning artist and educator who specializes in community-based arts programming.  She holds an MA in Philosophy and an MFA in Integrative Studio Practice from Herron School of Art & Design. Jandernoa experiments with intentional processes, materials, and forms, to discover metaphors that can be applied within social contexts. This results in highly collaborative and interdisciplinary art practice.

Jandernoa has contributed to several community-based projects including Indy East Art Peace, Community Innovation Lab, and House Life Project. In her work with the House Life Project, Jandernoa designed Told/Retold, an art installation in an abandoned house in the St. Clair Place neighborhood, to consider how stories about a place are shaped by insider and outsider narratives.
